We want the workbook to genuinely help your marriage, so we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked, no conditions attached.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. The quickest way is to visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email address you paid with — you can request your refund there directly. Alternatively, email us at hello@unionascent.com and we'll take care of it for you.

What happens next

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Paddle typically processes them within a few working days, though your bank may take a little longer to show the credit. Once a refund is completed, your access to the workbook ends and your account data is removed in line with our Privacy Notice.

After 30 days

If something has gone wrong after the 30-day window — a technical fault, a duplicate charge, anything at all — please still get in touch at hello@unionascent.com and we'll do our best to put it right. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
